Fox Sports host Joy Taylor has been named in a high-profile lawsuit filed by a former hairdresser. According to a report by Front Office Sports on Sunday, the hairdresser has accused Skip Bayless and a Fox Sports executive of sexual harassment.
The lawsuit, filed by Noushin Faraji, who claims to have worked at Fox Sports from 2012 to 2024, alleges that FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon groped her buttocks during a birthday party. Faraji further alleges that Skip Bayless offered her $1.5 million in exchange for sexual favors.
